All tote packages are rented for 14 days (two weeks), beginning on the day the equipment is delivered. Pickup is scheduled for the end of your rental period unless you arrange an extension.
Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. Extension, late, and replacement charges are billed to the card used at checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
You may cancel for a full refund any time before your equipment is delivered. Once a rental period has started, the base package fee is non-refundable, including for early returns. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
MKW Shipping LLC delivers and picks up rental equipment in and around Mesa, Arizona. Delivery and pickup times are scheduled with you when you book.
We collect only the information needed to complete your rental (such as your name, phone number, email, and delivery/pickup address). We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as needed to process payments. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by MKW Shipping LLC.
